The Last Few Weeks...

I'm a little behind in posting...Here's a few of our favorite pictures from the last few weeks...

7 Weeks Old

Thank you Stacy and Michael for this precious dress! This also happens to be Elina's first time to wear shoes...she was a big hit at church that day in her ballerina slippers!

8 Weeks Old

Elina celebrated her 2 Month Birthday by meeting her favorite cousins! Haylee and Reagan were very eager to play with and hold "Cinerella Ellie". They've had a lot of practice with babies since their brothers were born!

The boys were also very eager to hold Ellie...I think they thought she was a doll! It was so sweet to see them loving on my baby girl.

9 Weeks Old

This is a pretty long video, but I don't have any software yet to edit so I have to post the whole thing. Don't worry about watching the entire video (there's a lot of the same going on), but at least watch until she waves...yep...I said she waves!!! Of course it was unintentional, but we are still quite amazed every time we see this clip! Anyway, we went to the doctor earlier that day and learned that our baby girl is growing up!...seriously...she's 11 lbs 9 oz...24 in long (I mistakenly said 22 in on the video) and she is advanced in her motor skills. Her Pedi. was very impressed with her ability to hold her head up and looking around while on her tummy!

Milestones...

She's Growing Up So Fast!

We've had two new milestones in the last couple of days...

We've discovered that Elina has a favorite toy. She enjoys laying on her play mat (thank you Adaline for letting us borrow your play mat!) and looking up at Mr. Bugsy who is cheerfully hanging above her. The Milestone...she has learned to swat at her friend to make him move! At first I thought that it was unintentional, but then I realized that she really was trying to reach her toy! Hope you enjoy this video that I took this past Sunday...

An even bigger milestone...She Rolled Over!!! I placed her on her tummy, went into the kitchen for literally a second and turned around to find my little angel on her back! I grabbed the camera and called Jason all at once. I know that I don't sound excited on the video while I was talking to Jason...it was a mix between being excited that she did something so great, and the fact that I missed her first roll by a millisecond, and even greater...she's growing up soooo fast! She's such a joy in our lives...Thank you God for our great blessings!
